1Two Bayside boys and one Fox Point boy, all 16, were arrested for underage drinking as passengers in a car driven by a 16-year-old Glendale boy who was arrested for drunken driving and reckless driving at Port Washington and Brown Deer roads at 3:30 a.m. June 30. The driver had a blood alcohol content of 0.15 and the passengers' 0.06, 0.12 and 0.18.
2A purse and contents including a cell phone with a total value of $260 and $140 cash were taken from an unsecured car at Doctor's Park, 1870 E. Fox Lane, between 5 and 7 p.m. July 2. One credit card was used three times including a purchase at McDonald's.
3An 18-year-old Brown Deer man reported his $250 cell phone was taken after he left it on the stage at Brown Deer High School, 8060 N. 60th St., the morning of May 12 and reported July 1. When asked why he waited so long to report it missing, he said his phone had been lost or taken before and returned and he thought the same thing would happen again.
4A diamond wedding band set valued at $1,272 was taken from a doctor's office in the 5600 block of West Brown Deer Road sometime February to May 25 and reported June 30.
5A 36-year-old Brown Deer man was mailed a citation for negligent handling of burning material after causing a fire in his apartment in the 8900 block of North Park Place Court at 9 p.m. June 29. The man had been cooking with a deep fryer and another pot filled with grease and then took a nap. When he awoke, the grease was burning causing damage to cabinets and the stove with smoking filling the hallways. Many tenants left the building and one woman was treated at a hospital and released. No other injuries were reported.
6A 23-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for disorderly conduct after getting off of a Summerfest bus and urinating in the park and ride lot, 9000 N. Green Bay Road, at 11:59 p.m. June 29. About an hour later, a 16-year-old Thiensville boy also got off a bus and he, too, urinated in the lot and he, too, was arrested for disorderly conduct and also for a curfew violation at 12:40 a.m. June 30. An officer witnessed both events.
7A $200 wedding ring and $10 cash was taken from a locked locker in the men's locker room at YMCA, 9250 N. Green Bay Road, between 11 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. July 1. The man's locker and two others had been pried open.
8A 63-year-old Mequon man was arrested for drunken driving after being stopped for having no tail lights in the 8800 block of North Deerbrook Trail at 10:30 p.m. July 3. The man, who said he had one gin and tonic, had a blood alcohol content of 0.14.
9A 42-year-old Oshkosh man was cited for possession of explosives after police responded to a huge explosion in the 9000 block of North Deerbrook Trail at 11 p.m. July 4. The man had dozens of what he called mortars with names of Chopper, and Really One Bad Mother. He also had launching tubes and shells which he purchased near Allentown along with a permit. The permit was not valid in Brown Deer.
10A 20-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for underage drinking after a report of a fight at the park and ride lot, 9000 N. Green Bay Road, at 12:45 a.m. July 6. She had caused a disturbance on a bus returning from Summerfest and when another woman told her to quiet down, they got into a fight. Neither woman wanted the other arrested. The woman had a preliminary BAC of 0.246.
11A secured bicycle valued at $1,000 was taken from an underground garage in the 500 block of West Bradley Road between June 18 to June 26 and reported July 5.
12A 23-year-old man reported being the victim of a fraud after sending money to buy a car while he was at Cardinal Stritch University, 6801 N. Yates Road, at 1:30 p.m. July 2. The man thought he purchased a 2004 Toyota Corolla over the Internet for $1,725 - these cars normally sell for more than $7,000 - and sent the money via Western Union to a person in Los Angeles. That person said the car would be sent to him and if he didn't want it he could send it back. The car was never delivered and the victim is unable to contact the person he sent the money to.
13A 36-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for drunken driving in the 1800 of East Dean Road at 5 p.m. July 6. He admitted having "a beer to relax." When asked to recite the alphabet starting with D and ending at M, he didn't stop until R and then said, "I missed M, didn't I?" His BAC was 0.17.
14A 30-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for drunken driving, driving after suspension and hit and run in the 4900 block of North Port Washington Road at 3 a.m. July 2. The woman was going 50 mph in a 35 zone, driving without lights with one shredded tire and a shattered windshield. The woman, who was covered with pieces of glass, denied being in an accident, saying, "What I hit lights on. You know what I'm saying? I didn't hit anything." A destroyed newspaper vending box was found a few blocks away along with the woman's side view mirror. Her BAC was 0.20.
15Four pairs of designer frames valued at $637 were taken from Wisconsin Vision, 5530 N. Port Washington Road, about 10:20 a.m. July 2. An employee saw a man, about 60, weighing 200 pounds take the glasses and flee.
16A 26-year-old Mequon man was arrested for drunken driving, with a prior conviction, open intoxicants and refusal to take a breath test in the 6200 block of North Green Bay Avenue at 6:45 p.m. July 4. A witness waved down a squad car to report the man hit a boat about a mile away. The man denied hitting anything saying the damage to his car was old. Police found opened and unopened bottles of beer and a half-full bottle of whiskey in the front seat. At the police station, the man attempted to kick an officer. The hit and run happened in Milwaukee and was turned over to the Milwaukee Police Department.
17A 22-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for battery and obstruction at I-Pic, 5750 N. Bayshore Drive, at 6:45 p.m. July 4. The suspect punched a woman in the face inside the theater after she and a friend found him and a female sitting in their reserved seats and asked them to move. The man became angry and hit the woman causing minor injury and then fled. He was caught a few blocks away.
18Two Milwaukee males, 17 and 18, a 17-year-old Chicago boy and a 15-year-old Pine Bluff, Ark., boy, were arrested for strong-armed robbery of a $250 digital media player on Civic Drive and Green Bay Avenue at 11 p.m. July 4. The victim was walking home from the fireworks when the suspects, riding bikes, approached him and demanded his player. He refused, but when they threatened him he gave it to them. The teens rode off but were stopped a few blocks away.
19A wallet was taken from a purse while the victim shopped at Bayshore Town Center, 5800 N. Port Washington Road, between 1 and 3 p.m. July 5. Before the theft was discovered, various credit cards were used to purchase more than $2,000 of items at a Walmart, gas stations, Walgreens and the Office Depot, 362 E. Capitol Drive, where the thieves purchased a gift card and two religious DVDs. Some of the purchases were caught on surveillance video.
A 23-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for battery/domestic and criminal damage to property at 10:30 a.m. July 6. The suspect was attempting to take his child from the home. The child's mother and her sister tried to stop him. He then dropped the child and pushed both women and punched the sister, 22, in the face four or five times. The baby was not injured. The man also damaged a door and lamp.
20A home was broken into in the 5700 block of North Sidney Place during the day or early evening July 6. Entry was gained through a west bedroom window causing $500 damage. Nothing was reported taken.
21A $150 cell phone was reported taken from the Alberta Darling Campaign office, 311 W. Silver Spring Drive, at 1:30 p.m. July 7. Police were called when 25 to 30 protesters entered the building chanting and causing a disturbance. The phone was reported missing after they left.
No reportable incidents the past two weeks.
22Two thefts were reported in the boys locker room for the pool at Shorewood High School, 1701 E. Capitol Drive, on June 30 and again July 6. About $70 was taken in the first theft and a $60 cell phone and $30 cash in the second.
23A 21-year-old Sussex man was arrested for drunken driving after being stopped for weaving in traffic in the 1500 block of East Capitol Drive at 3:15 a.m. July 2. His BAC was 0.15.
24A $500 bicycle was taken from a garage in the 4000 block of North Downer Avenue on July 2 or 3. Entry was gained through an unlocked door.
25A 17-year-old Milwaukee boy was arrested for prowling after a report of two boys walking in yards in the 4100 block of North Bartlett Avenue at 7:30 p.m. July 3.
26Two mountain bikes valued at $650 were taken from the 3900 block of North Lake Drive about 9:30 p.m. July 3. Two males were seen opening a car parked in the driveway, taking out the garage door opener and opening the garage. They then went inside and when approached by the resident hopped on the bikes and rode away.
27About $25 in change was taken from washing machines in the 3500 block of North Oakland Avenue between 8 and 11 p.m. July 4. Damage to the machines was $1,000. Also taken was a $100 bicycle. There was no sign of forced entry to the building.
28The theft of 90 clonazepam pills valued at $38 was reported in the 1900 block of East Shorewood Boulevard before 1:30 p.m. July 5. The pills were reportedly delivered by UPS. The resident said she never got them.
29An digital media player, charger and GPS unit valued at $500 were taken from a car in the 3500 block of North Oakland Avenue on July 6 or 7.
30A $250 lawn mower was taken from an open garage in the 4100 block of North Prospect Avenue within an hour before 3 p.m. July 7.
31A resident reported that two juveniles, about 14 to 16, threatened him as he walked in the 1500 block of East Capitol Drive about 1 p.m. July 7. The boys were walking a pit bull off leash. The man suggested that wasn't good and the boys made a vulgar comment.
32A 21-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for driving while impaired, possession of marijuana and speeding 40 mph in a 30 mph zone in the 3900 block of North Morris Boulevard at 5:30 p.m. July 9. A trace amount of the drug was found and the woman was taken for a blood draw.
33A 47-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for disorderly conduct after breaking the glass on an entry door in the 1800 block of East Jarvis Street at 11:45 p.m. July 10. The woman was trying to gain entry to her ex-boyfriend's residence and when he would not let her in, punched the glass, breaking it.
34A 24-year-old Washington, D.C., woman was arrested for drunken driving and driving north in southbound lanes in the 5000 block of North Lake Drive at 1:30 a.m. July 4. Her BAC was 0.10.
35A green shoulder bag with drug paraphernalia including jars with residue, small screens and a lighter was found at Klode Park, 5900 N. Lake Drive, about 10 p.m. July 4.
36Five Milwaukee boys, ages 12 to 17, were arrested for disorderly conduct after two women reported the boys touched them "indecently" at Lake Drive and Sylvan Avenue at 10:30 p.m. July 4. The boys were also arrested for a Shorewood theft occurring "moments earlier."
37Entry was attempted at a home in the 100 block of West Chateau Place during the day July 7. A kitchen window was damaged but entry not gained.
38A 25-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for drunken driving and speeding 58 mph in a 30 mph zone in the 4900 block of North Lake Drive at 1:15 a.m. July 8. His BAC was 0.10.
39A 22-year-old Cedarburg man was arrested for drunken driving, with a prior conviction, possession of drug paraphernalia, defective muffler and driving left of center in the 6200 block of North Lake Drive at 2:45 a.m. July 9. His BAC was 0.13.
40A 16-year-old Shorewood boy was arrested for possession of marijuana and along with two Whitefish Bay boys, 15 and 16, for violation of park hours at Klode Park, 5900 N. Lake Drive, about 11 p.m. July 9. The Shorewood boy dropped the marijuana when he saw the officer.

Firefighters responded to 117 calls, 83 emergency medical and 34 fire/rescue, June 27 to July 3 and to 125 calls, 93 emergency medical and 32 fire/rescue July 4 to July 10.
