1A 26-year-old Keshena, Wis., woman was arrested for drunken driving at the BP Gas Station, 501 W. Brown Deer Road, at 2:15 a.m. March 30. Police received a call about 2 a.m. reporting a possible drunken driver who was leaving the station heading toward Interstate 43. She was gone when police arrived, and while they looked for her, she returned to the station and was arrested. Her blood alcohol content was 0.19.
2A 16-year-old boy was arrested for battery after grabbing a girl and then slapping her in the face in a hallway at Brown Deer High School, 8060 N. 60th St., at 11:48 a.m. March 19. The incident was caught on surveillance video.
3A $600 laptop computer was taken after it was left on the roof of a car in an underground garage in the 3900 block of West County Line Road overnight March 19 or March 20.
4A female student was mailed a citation for disorderly conduct after she slapped another student in the face in a classroom at Brown Deer High School, 8060 N. 60th St., at 9 a.m. March 21.
5A $300 stereo and $20 cash were taken from a locked vehicle in the 8500 block of North 66 Street on March 24 or 25. The amount of damage was not listed.
6A car was taken from the student parking lot at Brown Deer High School, 8060 N. 60 St., the afternoon of March 22. There is a suspect.
7A woman, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving after running a red light in the 4000 block of West River's Edge Circle at 2 a.m. March 26. She admitted drinking two beers and one vodka.
Two domestic incidents were reported this week with the District Attorney deciding to "no process" the incidents.
8A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for disorderly conduct after he was seen urinating near bushes at Lake Drive and Dean Road at 7:27 a.m. March 27. The man told police he was a "professional hiker" hiking Highway 32. He also said he was a federal judge and intended to send the officer to prison for breaking a "felony law."
9Two pairs of glasses valued at $325 were taken from Sunglass Hut, 490 W. Northshore Drive, about 3:45 p.m. March 20. Four men and one woman entered the store and then spread out. When an employee attempted to speak to them, they left and she then discovered the glasses were gone.
10A smartphone, valued at $650, was taken from a student's school bag at Nicolet High School, 6701 N. Jean Nicolet Drive, during the day March 21 and reported March 22.
11A 52-year-old man, residence not available, was arrested for disorderly conduct after he was seen urinating in a freight elevator just outside the security office at Boston Store, 5701 W. Lydell Ave., at 6:30 p.m. March 22. It appeared he had also defecated in his pants. He was screaming and making a scene when police arrived but later apologized for his behavior. His preliminary blood alcohol content was 0.254.
12A 26-year-old man, residence not available, was arrested for drunken driving, open intoxicants and warned for driving without headlights in the 7200 block of North Port Washington Road at 2:30 a.m. March 23. An open bottle of vodka was found in the car but the man, at first, denied drinking any of it. A short time later, he said he had the vodka just minutes before he was stopped. He failed field sobriety tests and a few hours later had a BAC of 0.05.
13Two females, 16 and 18, residences not available, were arrested for theft at Kohl's, 5650 N. Bayshore Drive, about 1 p.m. March 23. They entered a fitting room with shoes and jeans valued at $245 and then walked out of the store without paying. The 18-year-old refused to give her correct age insisting to police she was only 15.
14Police responded to seven incidents regarding disorderly juveniles in and around Bayshore Town Center, 5400 to 5700 N. Port Washington Road, between 2:45 and 4:15 p.m. March 23. Bayshore security reported two incidents of more than 30 juveniles fighting and then fleeing. In addition, a disruption was reported at a bus stop in the 1200 block of West Silver Spring Drive. A short time later, a bus driver called police reporting about 20 juveniles were on the bus rocking it. He continued on and no arrests were made.
15A lunch box and contents including a cellphone, credit cards and $85 in cash was taken from the back of a truck in the 5100 block of North Port Washington Road before 6:40 a.m. March 27.
Two domestic incidents were reported this week with the DA deciding to "no process" the incidents.

16Two attempted robberies were reported by what appeared to be the same male in the 3700 block of North Maryland Avenue about 6:35 p.m. March 22 and in the 1100 block of East Kensington Boulevard about 10 minutes later. In both events, a male got out of a blue sedan and confronted people sitting in their cars demanding their cellphones. In the first report, a pizza delivery man was sending a text message when the male opened the door yelling "Gimme your phone." The two males struggled until the robber fled without the phone. About 10 minutes later, he opened a woman's car door again yelling "Gimme me your phone." These two also struggled and when the woman would not let go of her phone, the man got back in the sedan which sped away.
17A 19-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for underage drinking and underage possession of alcohol, a bottle of peach vodka, after being stopped for no plates in the 1700 block of East Capitol Drive at 4:21 a.m. March 23. There was a strong odor of marijuana in the car and some seeds were found scattered inside.
18A 49-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for drunken driving, refusal to take a breath test, expired registration because of unpaid parking tickets after being stopped for speeding 40 plus mph in a 30 mph zone in the 1900 block of East Capitol Drive at 2:55 a.m. March 25. The woman, who was singing loudly, told officers she was also in law enforcement. She admitted having a glass of wine and "maybe a beer" and failed field sobriety tests.
19A 24-year-old Shorewood man was arrested for drunken driving, with two prior convictions, possession of 1.2 grams of marijuana and a drug pipe with residue after being stopped for expired registration in the 1500 block of East Kensington Boulevard at 2 a.m. March 26. The man was taken for a blood draw.
20A 29-year-old Glendale man was arrested for drunken driving, with two prior convictions, and refusal to take a breath test in the 3900 block of North Frederick Avenue at 2:25 a.m. March 28. The man, who was uncooperative, failed field sobriety tests and was taken for a blood draw.
21Items valued at more than $1,200 including an alter book, a reference Bible, a laptop computer and two cellphones were taken from a locked office at Lutheran Memorial Chapel, 3833 N. Maryland Ave., between 3:30 and 5:30 p.m. March 28.
22A 25-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for drunken driving and speeding 40 mph in a 25 mph zone in the 5000 block of North Santa Monica Boulevard at 9:30 p.m. March 24. The man smelled of alcohol but denied drinking saying the smell came from the passenger, his girlfriend. She had been drinking, he said. The girlfriend, 29 of Shorewood, who admitted drinking and being intoxicated, was warned not to drive and agreed she wouldn't. She was also warned for open intoxicants after an open bottle of liquor was found in her backpack. The man failed field sobriety tests and had a BAC of 0.14. At 11:45 p.m., he was released from custody and waiting to be picked up when his girlfriend arrived admitting she had driven to the station. When an officer reminded her that she agreed not to drive, she said she didn't remember that. She failed field sobriety tests and had a BAC of 0.10. She requested another test and was taken for a blood draw.
23A resident reported the driver's side of her car had been "egged" in the 5200 block of North Diversey Boulevard at 12:25 p.m. March 26. No damage was reported.
24A 52-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for drunken driving, with a prior conviction, and speeding in the 500 block of East Hampton Avenue at 10:30 p.m. March 29. His BAC was 0.14.
NORTH SHORE FIRE DEPARTMENT
Firefighters responded to 112 calls, 83 emergency medical and 29 fire/rescue, March 25 to March 31.
25A "fully involved" vehicle fire was reported in the 8900 block of I-43, Bayside, at 5 a.m. March 27. The fire was extinguished and the driver taken to a hospital. There was no information regarding injuries.
