1A boy, age and residence not released, was arrested for theft of a cellphone taken from a teacher at Brown Deer High School, 8060 N. 60th St., during the day Oct. 18. The phone was traced to the boy's residence and when police arrived and knocked on the door, the boy threw the phone out a window. He then told police he did not take the phone.
2Three women and one man, ages and residences not released, were mailed citations for theft of library property checked out and never returned after receiving numerous reminders from Brown Deer Library, 5600 W. Bradley Road, on Oct. 22. Taken in total were 31 DVDs valued at more than $1,000 and three books valued at more than $100.
3A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for theft of 17 containers of baby formula valued at $306 from Pick 'n Save, 9200 N. Green Bay Road, at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 23. He is the same man arrested for theft of baby formula from a Glendale Pick 'n Save on Oct. 22.
· A boy, age and residence not released, was arrested for physical abuse/substantial battery of a child after he hit a girl cutting her lip and "slamming" her to the ground at 12:30 a.m. Oct. 26. The two had been arguing and the victim admitted slapping the boy before the attack happened.
· A woman, age and residence not released, was arrested for disorderly conduct/domestic violence related after she punched and hit another woman with a coat hanger at 8 a.m. Oct. 28. The suspect had been asked to leave the residence because, according to the victim, she was being disrespectful to family members.
4A man and woman, ages and residences not released, were arrested for theft of clothing valued at $400 from Old Navy, 9094 N. Green Bay Road, at 11:45 a.m. Oct. 31. They loaded the items into an empty stroller and left the store but were stopped a block away. They were taken to the Brown Deer Police Department where the woman fled but was caught about a block away. She was also wanted on a warrant for forgery.
· A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for disorderly conduct/domestic violence related after he pushed a woman at 8:30 p.m. Oct. 31. The man denied attacking the woman in any way saying, "She doesn't know how to explain things correctly."
5A computer valued at $200 and file boxes were taken from a car in the 9000 block of North Green Bay Road sometime Oct. 31 and reported Nov. 1.
6A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving, driving while suspended and hit and run after he hit a road sign and a witness called police in the 6500 block of West Brown Deer Road at 2:45 a.m. Nov. 3. The man, who said he hit the sign because someone bumped his car, admitted having a couple of beers. His blood alcohol content was 0.11.
· A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for disorderly conduct/domestic violence related, trespassing and damage to property after he punched a pregnant female and then kicked a door and refused to leave the residence at 10:45 a.m. Nov. 3. When police arrived he said, "I did it. Take me to jail."
7A man, age and residence not released, was cited for failure to report an accident, inattentive driving, open intoxicants and lane deviation after his car was found abandoned in the 7200 block of North Longacre Drive at 3:25 a.m. Nov. 2. The car had "moderate damage" including dents and a broken window and side mirror. Also, the car was covered with pine needles and inside was a container smelling of alcohol. Police followed the tire tracks that started at Mall and Lombardy roads to Longacre Drive. They left messages for the registered owner to call. The man finally returned the calls at 10:20 a.m. saying the damage happened in Milwaukee and that he fell asleep at the wheel in Fox Point and then walked home.
8Graffiti was found on the south wall of a storage building at Kletzsch Park, 6650 N. Milwaukee River Parkway, on Oct. 31. The amount of damage was not listed.
9Two females, ages and residences not released, were arrested for theft of 12 containers of baby formula valued at $235 from Pick 'n Save, 1735 N. Silver Spring Drive, at 7 p.m. Oct. 31.
10A 20-year-old woman, residence not available, was arrested for escort without a license after she called police saying a man who had hired her robbed her at gunpoint at Baymont Inn, 5445 N. Port Washington Road, at 8 p.m. Oct. 31. She said she ran into the man in the hallway and he paid her $40 for a sexual encounter. He then demanded more sexual contact and when she said no, he robbed her. She was arrested again at 9:45 p.m. for disorderly conduct after fighting in the parking lot.
11A 20-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for escort without a license and possession of 2 grams of marijuana at LaQuinta, 5423 N. Port Washington Road, at 1:40 a.m. Nov. 1. Police responded to an ad the woman placed on a known website used by prostitutes and when they arrived at her room there was a strong odor of marijuana.
· A 24-year-old Glendale man was arrested for battery/domestic violence related after he and his girlfriend argued and he then hit her at 6 a.m. Nov. 2.
12A 15-year-old boy was arrested for possession of 4.7 grams of marijuana and along with a 17-year-old boy, both of Milwaukee, for theft at Kohl's, 5650 N. Bayshore Drive, at 4:10 p.m. Nov. 2. The boys fled the store with shirts and jeans valued at $173 but were caught on North Lydell Avenue.
13A 21-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to stop at a red light in the 400 block of West Silver Spring Drive at 9:25 p.m. Nov. 2. There was a strong odor of the drug in the car and the woman admitted smoking it. A pipe and grinder both with residue and 0.3 grams of marijuana were found in the car.
14A 20-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for disorderly conduct, obstruction for giving a false name and trespassing after she was seen putting jewelry into her purse and attempting to leave Forever 21, 5799 N. Port Washington Road, at 11:35 a.m. Nov. 3. When approached by an employee, she threw the jewelry on the floor and ran outside where she began to yell and scream. After being arrested, the woman said she was born in January 2012. She was then reminded of her lifetime ban from Bayshore because of prior thefts.
15An 18-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for disorderly conduct after yelling profanities while struggling with security and refusing to leave Bayshore, 5799 M. Bayshore Drive, at noon Nov. 3. She called employees "(expletive) pigs and (expletive) racists."
16An 18-year-old woman, residence not released, was arrested for possession of 4 grams of marijuana at Nicolet High School, 6701 N. Jean Nicolet Road, at 12:40 p.m. Nov. 4. The school received a tip and when they spoke with the student, she admitted she had marijuana in her backpack. She was turned over to a parent.
17A man, about 50, and a man and a woman, about 25, were suspects for damage to property and theft after they took money from a bill changer and damaged two game machines and then fled the Green 7 Bar and Grill, 6191 N. Green Bay Ave., about 2:15 p.m. Nov. 4. They stood in front of the machines blocking an employee's view. The employee then heard a loud pop and the three fled. Damage and theft was estimated at $300.

18Two copper park lights valued at more than $300 were reported taken from the 3500 block of North Summit Avenue on Nov. 1 The resident discovered them missing that date but heard someone in the yard about 2 a.m. Oc. 27.
19An unknown number of tools, value not yet available, were taken from the 1700 block of East River Park Court over the last six months and reported Nov. 1.
20An 18-year-old Wauwatosa man was arrested for underage drinking after he was seen stumbling and walking in the street in the 2200 block of East Capitol Drive at 2 a.m. Nov. 1.
21The steering column was damaged on a Dodge Intrepid causing $500 damage in the 4300 block of North Wilson Drive sometime Oct. 30 to Nov. 2.
22A resident called police after hearing gun shots coming from the lake in the 4500 block of North Lake Drive at 9 a.m. Nov. 3. There were duck hunters on the lake but since they were more than 150 feet from shore, they were legally permitted to be there.
23A resident saw an unknown male walk into his open garage and slash a tire in the 4100 block of North Newhall Street about 4 p.m. Nov. 4. The male then got into a silver car and left. Damage was about $100.
24A laptop computer valued at $1,500 was reported taken from the 4200 block of North Olsen Avenue on Nov. 6. When it was taken is not known.
25A resident called police when he saw someone enter his garage and take his bicycle in the 4100 block of North Downer Avenue at 12:49 a.m. Nov. 7. He then discovered a DVD player was taken from his car along with change and a CD. His total loss was about $300.
26Two cars were entered and about $3 taken in an unlocked garage in the 700 block of East Beaumont Avenue between 5 p.m. Nov. 3 and 7 p.m. Nov. 4.
27A garage was entered and a car rummaged through but nothing taken in the 600 block of East Beaumont Avenue between 9 p.m. Nov. 3 and 8 a.m. Nov. 4.
28A 2006 Honda van was taken from a closed garage in the 600 block of East Lake View Avenue between 9:30 p.m. Nov. 3 and 11 a.m. Nov. 4. It was recovered in the 600 block of East Townsend Street, Milwaukee, at 3:30 p.m. Nov. 4.
29A TV, digital media player and laptop, value not available, were taken during a burglary in the 700 block of East Lake View Avenue between 3 and 5:30 a.m. Nov. 4. There was no sign of forced entry.
30A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving and open intoxicants in the 800 block of East Henry Clay Street at 3:48 p.m. Nov. 4. An open bottle of whiskey was in the car. His BAC was 0.19.
31A stereo was taken from an unlocked garage and a digital media player and GPS from a car in that garage in the 600 block of East Beaumont Avenue sometime Nov. 4. The total value of the items was $750.
32Pry marks were found on both side and rear doors in the 300 block of East Carlisle Avenue on Nov. 8. The resident reported the attempted entry would have occurred Nov. 5 or 6.
33A bicycle valued at $75 was taken from Whitefish Bay High School, 1200 E. Fairmount Ave., before 3:30 p.m. Nov. 6 and recovered in the 300 block of East Henry Clay Street at 8:15 a.m. Nov. 7.
34A boy, age and residence not released, was arrested for loitering/prowling after he was seen taking a pumpkin from a porch in the 5700 block of North Shore Drive at 1:25 a.m. Nov. 9.
35A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for theft of a laptop computer valued at $1,500 from The Orange Shoe, 121 E. Silver Spring Drive, at 11:20 a.m. Nov. 9. He fled, getting on a bus that was stopped in the 5500 block of North Santa Monica Boulevard. The man was arrested and the laptop recovered.

· Firefighters responded to 124 calls, 94 emergency medical and 30 fire/rescue, Oct. 28 to Nov. 3. The reports for Nov. 4 to 10 not available.
