BAYSIDE

No reportable incidents occurred last week.

BROWN DEER

Two Milwaukee women, 19 and 20, were arrested for theft at Kohl's, 9060 N. Green Bay Road, at 4:20 p.m. April 21 after they took clothing with a total value of $688.

A 23-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for his second offense of drunken driving after police found his car in a ditch in the 6000 block of West Fairlane Avenue at 2:05 a.m. April 25. He also was cited for refusing a test to determine his level of intoxication, operating without a valid driver's license and improper left turn. A 20-year-old Milwaukee woman, a passenger in the vehicle, was cited for underage drinking.

A 54-year-old Mequon man was cited for loud noise emanating from Bradley's Jazz Club, 4740 W. Bradley Road, at 10:34 p.m. May 1.

A 45-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for drunken driving in the 6600 block of West Brown Deer Road at 3:18 a.m. May 2 after failing to stop for a red light. He also was arrested on an open warrant with the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office. He was cited for operating a vehicle with a suspended license and violating the traffic control signal. His blood-alcohol content was 0.09.

A 52-year-old Brown Deer man was arrested for his third offense of drunken driving in the 6800 block of West Brown Deer Road at 5:33 p.m. May 2. He was taken to a local hospital for a blood test and also was cited for operating a vehicle after revocation.

FOX POINT

A 45-year-old Bayside man was cited for drunken driving in the 8700 block of North Seneca Road about 2:30 a.m. April 29. His blood-alcohol content was 0.13.

A 16-year-old Milwaukee girl was cited for her second offense of underage drinking when she was found walking in the 8100 block of North Santa Monica Boulevard about 10:30 p.m. April 30. Her BAC was 0.087.

A 19-year-old Mequon man was cited for theft after he sold a video game player at Gamestop, 8799 N. Port Washington Road, at 9 p.m. May 1 for a 17-year-old Mequon boy and kept the money. The game sold for $152.

GLENDALE

The steering column was peeled on a car in the park-and-ride lot, 5701 N. Port Washington Road, between 5:30 a.m. April 24 and 9:30 a.m. April 25. Damage is estimated at $700 for the column and a broken window.

A 36-year-old Bay View woman was cited for illegal dumping after she dumped bricks into a Dumpster in the Glendale Department of Public Works yard, 5930 N. Glen Park Road, at 2:50 p.m. April 24. The container was marked "not for public use."

A woman sprayed a 30-year-old New Berlin man in the face with pepper spray after he bumped into her as they exited a movie theater at Bayshore Town Center, 5810 N. Bayshore Drive, at 9:35 p.m. April 24.

A 30-year-old Glendale man was arrested for drunken driving at Silver Spring and Port Washington roads at 1:49 a.m. April 25 after making a right turn on a red light. His blood-alcohol content was 0.13.

About $300 was taken from a 29-year-old Glendale man after a cab driver knocked him down in the 6200 block of North Green Bay Avenue at 2:30 a.m. April 25. The Glendale man said he paid the driver $20 of a $40 cab fare for a ride from downtown Milwaukee.

Two tires valued at $500 were taken from a van at Acme Systems, 6101 N. Flint Road, between 1:30 p.m. April 25 and 5:45 a.m. April 26.

A 19-year-old Delafield man was arrested for theft and forgery after he took a golf gift card and a debit card from a friend's house in the 6000 block of North Alberta Lane and then used the debit card to make purchases of more than $400 at a Milwaukee store between 2:24 and 4:43 p.m. April 26.

Tools valued at $1,000 were taken from a van in the 4500 block of North Port Washington Road between 10:15 and 11:18 a.m. April 27. A door lock was broken to gain entry.

A 26-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for taking items valued at $348 from Sears, 5900 N. Port Washington Road, at 4:49 p.m. April 27.

A 27-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for possession of marijuana, nonregistration of a motor vehicle and fourth offense of operating a vehicle after revocation of his license in the 3400 block of West Silver Spring Drive at 1:59 a.m. April 28 after being stopped for driving a vehicle with a stolen license plate.

A 22-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for trespassing and arrested on two open warrants after police stopped a car driven by a 24-year-old Milwaukee woman in the 5600 block of North Port Washington Road at 12:11 p.m. April 28 because of improper and expired registration. The women had just exited Bayshore Town Center. The younger woman is banned from the center until Jan. 7, 2011, and the older woman will be banned from the center for six months.

A 60-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for drunken driving in the 1500 block of West Silver Spring Drive at 1:45 a.m. April 29 after his car was stopped for speeding. His BAC was 0.18. He also was cited for speeding.

A woman took oils, perfumes and lotions valued at $643 from Victoria's Secret, 5701 N. Center Park Way, at 10:10 a.m. April 30 and fled the store without paying for them.

Police responded to two domestic incidents last week.

RIVER HILLS

A 19-year-old Watertown man was cited for underage drinking and trespassing in a yard in the 8900 block of North Spruce Road at 4:10 a.m. May 3 after he and another man kicked over construction barrels at Brown Deer and Spruce roads. The other man got away.

SHOREWOOD

A stereo valued at $100 was taken from a vehicle in a locked garage in the 4000 block of North Stowell Avenue between midnight and 7:20 a.m. April 29.

A 54-year-old Shorewood woman was cited for disorderly conduct and improper parking after she parked her car in the middle of Capitol Drive at Oakland Avenue so that it blocked both eastbound and westbound lanes of traffic about 9 a.m. April 29.

A man described as being in his 50s exposed pubic hair to two 13-year-old Shorewood girls in the 3900 block of North Morris Boulevard between 3:15 and 3:39 p.m. May 1.

A Global Positioning System valued at $400 was taken from an unlocked van in the 2500 block of East Olive Street between 12:50 and 1:10 p.m. May 2.

A 25-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for drunken driving in the 2500 block of East Capitol Drive about 8:10 p.m. May 3 after being stopped for tailgating and playing loud music. His blood-alcohol content was 0.11.

WHITEFISH BAY

A saw valued at $700 along with eight sets of sockets and ratchets valued at $600 were taken from an unlocked garage in the 4600 block of North Bartlett Avenue between April 25 and May 1.

A bicycle valued at $400 was taken from Whitefish Bay High School, 1200 E. Fairmount Ave., between April 27 and May 2.

A van window was smashed in an unlocked garage in the 4800 block of North Bartlett Avenue the night of April 28. Damage is estimated at $300.

Two Whitefish Bay girls, one Whitefish Bay boy and a Shorewood girl, all 17, were cited for underage drinking after they and six other people were found on the Whitefish Bay High School track, 1200 E. Fairmount Ave., about 10:25 p.m. May 2. Their blood-alcohol contents were 0.11, 0.09, 0.07 and 0.03.

Police responded to one domestic incident last week.

NORTH SHORE FIRE DEPARTMENT

Firefighters responded to 125 calls, 89 emergency medical and 36 fire/rescue, between April 27 and May 3.

Firefighters shut off the gas to an oven in a house in the 2100 block of East Menlo Boulevard, Shorewood, after a small oven fire at 3:05 p.m. April 27.

Firefighters shut off water and gas to a hot water heater in the 5600 block of North Sievers Place, Glendale, after it burst at 9:19 p.m. April 28.

An automatic sprinkler system put out a kitchen fire in an apartment in the 5000 block of West Bradley Road, Brown Deer, at 2:45 p.m. April 30. The resident put a pan of oil on the stove to start dinner and left when she went next door. She returned to find the sprinkler system on. The apartment next door also had water damage. The total estimate of damage is $13,000.
