A 22-year-old Madison woman was arrested for drunken driving after making an illegal turn in the 500 block of West Brown Deer Road at 11:15 p.m. Sept. 26. She refused to take a breath test.
A 60-year-old Bayside man was arrested for disorderly conduct after he yelled at a resident who was cutting down a tree near Donges Court and Lake Drive at 1:35 p.m. Sept. 29. The man, according to a police report, was intoxicated.
A 16-year-old Brown Deer boy was arrested for theft of a digital media player at Brown Deer High School, 8060 N. 60th St., on Sept. 22. A teacher had lost the player, which was found by another teacher and placed on a desk where the boy found it and took it.
A 61-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for obstruction and theft of items valued at more than $300 from Family Dollar, Burlington Coat Factory and Office Max located in the 6500 block of West Brown Deer Road about 11:30 a.m. Sept. 22. The man, who had a tool used to cut off tags, gave a false name but then admitted to the thefts. He had stolen sheets, 16 baseball hats, socks, a briefcase, shirts and other items.
A Global Positioning System, a video game system with remote, a 13-inch TV, groceries and clothing valued at more than $700 were taken from a car in the 9200 block of North Green Bay Road about 2:30 p.m. Sept. 22. One of the victims saw two men in the car. When they saw her, they got out and fled in a van.
A 49-year-old Brown Deer woman was arrested for hit and run and inattentive driving after rear ending a car in the 6600 block of West Brown Deer Road about 8 p.m. Sept. 24. After the accident, she then walked home in the 8900 block of Park Plaza Court. When police arrived there, she was gone but came to the police station the next evening. When asked where she had been before the accident, she said at a liquor store but she had not been drinking.
A 23-year-old New Berlin man was arrested for drunken driving and two warrants after witnesses reported him driving erratically with passengers hanging out the car doors in the 4400 block of West Deer Run Drive at 3 a.m. Sept. 27. His blood-alcohol content was 0.13.
A 43-year-old Brown Deer man was arrested for drunken driving and driving without a license after making a left turn without signaling in the 4600 block of West Dean Road at 1:45 a.m. Sept. 30. The man, who said he had consumed a six-pack, had a BAC of 0.14.
• Police responded to three domestic disputes this week.
A 23-year-old Glendale man was arrested for theft of a GPS unit and prescription sunglasses valued at $450 taken from a car in the 700 block of East Green Tree Road on Sept. 27. The man had driven away but was arrested by Glendale police for another theft. The stolen Fox Point items were found in his car.
A 23-year-old Chicago woman and a 25-year-old Milwaukee man were arrested for theft of two video games valued at $190 from Best Buy, 8755 N. Port Washington Road, at 4 p.m. Sept. 28. The woman was seen removing the games from their packages and putting the empty packages back on the shelf.
A 17-foot canoe valued at $400 was reported stolen from the river bank in the 700 block of West Rock Place between Sept. 7 and 23.
An attempted burglary was reported in the 5200 block of West Mohawk Avenue on Sept. 24 or 25. A screen had been pushed in and pry marks were found on a window.
A 21-year-old Sheboygan man was arrested for theft of a $259 cell phone from US Cellular, 6969 N. Port Washington Road, about 5:30 p.m. Sept. 24. A clerk saw him take the phone and put it into a diaper bag and leave pushing a baby stroller. He was located in the 7200 block of North Crossway Road, with his 4-month old son, and admitted taking the phone. He also had five bottles of liquor, eight syringes and other items he admitted taking from other stores.
A 17-year-old Glendale boy was mailed a citation for disorderly conduct for causing a disturbance after a senior class assembly attended by the School Resource Officer at Nicolet High School, 6701 Jean Nicolet Road, at 9:30 a.m. Sept. 25. Principal Greg DePue had called the unscheduled assembly to tell seniors he had knowledge of planned criminal damage to property that day and during homecoming week Sept. 28 to Oct.3. He also discussed the inappropriate clothing many were wearing. Just as the assembly ended, the Glendale boy told students to stay because he had a question to ask. Some of the seniors chanted his name and began to "yell and scream in a riotous manner." Later, the student admitted his behavior had caused the scene but he thought it was unfair not to be able to ask questions when all the seniors were together.
A 31-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for drunken driving, driving without lights and speeding in the 5400 block of North Port Washington Road at 1:30 a.m. Sept. 26. The woman, who said she had one glass of champagne, vomited in her cell phone and then told police she felt better and would never drink again. Her BAC was 0.13.
Two Milwaukee women, 59 and 47, were arrested for theft of 26 items valued at $464 from Kohl's, 5650 N. Bayshore Drive, at 10 am. Sept. 26. The younger woman, who was also arrested for an outstanding theft warrant and possession of drug paraphernalia described as cocaine pipes, had been arrested for theft at least 15 times.
A 38-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for drunken driving, driving while suspended with two prior convictions, nonregistration and two outstanding warrants in the 6200 block of North Port Washington Road at 2 a.m. Sept. 27. His BAC was 0.15.
A 27-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia in the 5200 block of North Mohawk Avenue at 2:30 a.m. Sept. 27. When asked if he had any weapons on him, he said no but he did have "some pot pipes" in his pockets. Two pipes were found.
Two trays of lottery tickets, several cartons of cigarettes, cigars and $50 in change were taken from Glendale Mobile, 7156 N. Green Bay Avenue, just before midnight Sept 28. Surveillance video shows a man kicking in the glass doors and loading up the items. On Sept. 29, a man visited six Milwaukee gas stations and one in Shorewood attempting to redeem tickets. A man also went to Milwaukee's Wisconsin Lottery office again trying to cash in tickets.
• A resident reported unauthorized withdrawals from his US Bank account totaling $1,200 on Sept. 29. The withdrawals, which the man is not responsible for, had been made from an ATM machine in Romania.
A 52-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for operating while impaired after he was seen driving erratically and stopping for no reason in the 1000 to 1400 blocks of West Good Hope Road about 1:40 a.m. Sept. 26. His BAC was zero but he failed field sobriety tests and was taken for a blood draw.
A watch and jewelry valued at $2,300 were taken from the 3900 block of North Stowell Avenue between Sept. 24 and 27.
A CD case and 136 CDs valued at $1,375 were taken from a car in the 3800 block of North Morris Blvd. before 3:30 a.m. Sept. 27. Damage to a window was $200.
A cell phone and charger and some change with a total value of more than $100 were taken from a car in the 2500 block of East Newton Avenue pm Sept. 30 or Oct. 1.
A 61-year-old Shorewood man was arrested on two outstanding warrants after a resident reported him walking his dogs off leash in the 2500 block of East Marion Street about 10 a.m. Sept. 30. He was warned about the leash law.
A 47-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for drunken driving, driving without a license and hit and run after he rear-ended a truck on Oakland Avenue at Kensington Boulevard at 6 p.m. Oct. 1.
A 16-year-old Whitefish Bay boy was given a warning for unlawful use of a sound amplification device in the 5400 block of N. Marlborough Drive at 9 p.m. Sept. 29. He and some passengers used a microphone connected to a speaker mounted on the hood of his car to yell at students and cars.
A 34-year-old Whitefish Bay man was warned after police responded to a car alarm and found a 3-year-old boy locked in the car with windows closed in the CVS Pharmacy lot, 240 E. Hampton Avenue, at 2:37 p.m. Sept. 30. The child's father arrived in about 5 minutes. The child was not injured.
A cell phone was taken from the boys locker room at Whitefish Bay High School, 1200 E. Fairmount Avenue, on Sept. 30.
A 22-year-old Whitefish Bay man was arrested for drunken driving in the 5100 block of Kimbark Place about 2 a.m. Oct. 4. His BAC was 0.12. A 19-year-old Green Bay woman was arrested for underage drinking.
A 16-year-old Whitefish Bay girl was arrested for underage drinking after a report of a female walking naked in the 4600 block of North Lake Drive at 3:25 a.m. Oct. 4. According to a police report she was wearing only briefs.
A GPS unit valued at $150 and some documents were taken from a car in the 100 block of West Chateau Place between Oct. 2 to 4. The documents were found in a nearby parking lot.

• Firefighters responded to 126 calls, 85 emergency medical and 41 fire/rescue, between Sept. 28 to Oct. 4.
