Dancing With The Stars Coming To Milwaukee

Feb. 14, 2011

You love them on the show, now see them up close! Live in Milwaukee on Thursday, March 10 at 5:30 PM at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center! Edyta Sliwinska, of abc’s “Dancing with the Stars,” and her husband Alec Mazo, “Dancing with the Stars” Season 1 Champion, will Waltz, Tango or Cha-Cha their way through the Milwaukee Hilton Ballroom! Guest emcee Christian Perry, “Dancing with the Stars” choreographer will perform with his pro dance partner, Annette Nicole.

Watch local celebrities, Mark Shapiro, Executive Director, Harry and Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center, Dan Sinykin, President/CEO, Monterey Mills, and B93.3 Morning Show Co-hosts, Jane and CV, Swing and Cha-Cha for your votes as their professional dance partners, Albina Habrle, Ilya Velednitsky, Ricky Bentzen, and Mandy Carlisle Velednitsky guide them across the dance floor.

Guest judges, Rolando Yanes, Director, Milwaukee Ballet School and Milwaukee Ballet II, Julia Taylor, President, Greater Milwaukee Committee, and David Marcus, Managing Partner, Marcus Family Investments, will score each dance but the winning couple will be determined based on a combination of the judges’scores and your votes (just like on the show!)

Take your turn on the dance floor and party the night away to music by DJ’s Fran and Debbie Sweeney of First Dance Wisconsin.

This event is sponsored by Milwaukee Jewish Day School (MJDS) and proceeds benefit Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee, City Year, Harry and Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center, Humane Animal Welfare Society of Waukesha County, Milwaukee Ballet II, Milwaukee Jewish Day School, UNCF and the Wisconsin Humane Society. Tickets are $90 per person.
