Open Grilled Thai Food

Sample the regional, grilled food of Thailand! Learn how to grill meats, vegetables, as well as the marinades and sauces to bring their flavors to life. Sample marinated and grilled seafood and pork served with curry sauce and fresh seasoned summer vegetables. Learn how to make your own spice seasonings and marinades.

Better Camera Settings

Learn to get your camera off Auto/Scene modes! We will cover in depth all aspects of exposure control. Topics will include aperture and depth of field, shutter speeds and freezing/blurring motion, sensitivity and ISO, and many more. Then we will apply these new found settings to all different types of picture applications from sports to nature to portraits to family pictures. Begin to start creating your pictures today! Career Coaching Class: College & Career Planning

The career counseling course presents a detailed and comprehensive look at the many career paths that are available to adult students today, while providing support as they explore these various options. Also included in this course is an in-depth skills evaluation for each adult student. After completing this course, students will have a clear understanding of what is available to them as they look to education past high school.

Want the inside scoop on medical careers? This class will familiarize you with the various careers and aspects of the job. Whatever your reason for considering a medical career or continuing with your education, this step should be well planned.

GOLF for Beginners & Intermediates

Hit the links and learn to shave strokes off your game from UW-Waukesha Athletic Director Neal Nelson! Held at Par 59 Golf Range on Hwy 59 (W290 S4510 Hwy 59, Genesee Depot, WI). $6 needed for bucket of balls each week.

This class will concentrate on improving your game in proper grip, full swing woods and irons, short game, chipping, rules and etiquette. Timid beginner or seasoned veteran, we can bring something to your game that you can use next week and next year. Bring your own clubs.
